Fire protection, floors and anti-corrosion in Guliston

In Gulistan and across Syrdarya Region, STATERM offers work matched to the region’s two specialisations: protection of steel structures at power facilities against corrosion and fire, and floors for companies that process agricultural produce. The materials are our own: Stacor, TERM and Stafloor.

Anti-corrosion and fire protection treatment

Preparation and anti-corrosion. We clean the steel, including by sandblasting, and apply a multi-coat Stacor system, from a zinc-rich primer to a UV-resistant finishing enamel. More details: Anti-Corrosion Protection of Structures.

Fire protection. We apply TERM over the anti-corrosion primer, with the weather-resistant TERM-009 coating for open-air sites; the thickness is calculated for the required fire-resistance limit. More details: Fire Protection Treatment.

STATERM’s portfolio includes the Navoi Thermal Power Plant, where the company fire-protected the frame of the main building, and the Talimarjan Thermal Power Plant in Kashkadarya Region. We offer the same approach to energy companies in Syrdarya Region.

How we prepare work at a power facility

You send us a description: which structures are involved and where they stand, the condition of the old coating, and the fire-resistance limit required. We select the system, calculate the materials and cost, agree the schedule, and on site we monitor the thickness of every coat.

Floors for agricultural processing

Stafloor epoxy floors are for workshops and warehouses where the floor must not absorb liquids and the cured coating must be physiologically safe. More details: Epoxy Floors.

Do you apply anti-corrosion and fire protection as one system?

Yes: we apply the anti-corrosion primer, TERM fire protection and, where needed, a protective enamel one after another, with our own materials and a single crew.

Does old paint need to be removed from the steel structures?

We decide after an inspection or from photos: if the old coat is peeling or there is rust underneath, we sandblast the steel and apply the system all over again.
