Fire protection, floors and anti-corrosion in Fergana

At chemical and oil refining plants in Fergana, in light-industry workshops and at building-materials factories, STATERM carries out anti-corrosion protection, fire protection of metal structures and the installation of polymer floors. We work in Fergana and across Fergana Region, and the materials are our own.

Where we start at a Fergana plant

First of all, we establish the conditions: which substances and vapours are present in the workshop, which structures stand in the open air, and what fire-resistance limit the design specifies. Based on this data, we select a coating system and calculate the materials. Then we come to the site: we prepare the surface, apply the coats with thickness checks and, on completion, hand over the documents for acceptance.

Questions about work in Fergana

Is abrasive blasting of the metal essential?

For chemical-resistant and zinc-rich systems, yes: surface preparation determines how well the coating holds up in an aggressive environment. We carry out sandblasting ourselves, as part of the job.

Do you work on petroleum product tanks?

Yes: we protect the internal surface of tanks for crude oil, petroleum products and diesel fuel with Stacor Tankguard. Send us the tank’s dimensions and a description of its condition, and we will propose the surface preparation and coating scheme.
