Fire-protection, anti-corrosion materials and floors in Karshi
The Kashkadarya Region is home to the oil and gas industry, gas chemicals and power generation. Metal here means, above all, pipelines, tanks and trestles, and much of it stands in the open air. Corrosion protection: pipelines, tanks, trestles
A zinc-rich primer as the foundation. Stacor EP Zinc protects steel cathodically and is designed for atmospheres up to category CX under ISO 12944-2. Its applications are oil refining, power stations and bridges, so it is a natural first coat for trestles and pipelines.
Internal surfaces of tanks. Tanks for oil, petroleum products and diesel fuel are coated on the inside with Stacor Tankguard.
A UV-resistant top layer. On the outside, the system is finished with the acrylic-polyurethane enamel Stacor Topcoat — UV-resistant, with the shade matched to RAL.
Fire protection in the open air
For external structures. TERM-009 is a grey weather-resistant coating designed primarily for the open air, although it is also used indoors. It increases the fire-resistance limit of steel structures up to 120 minutes, is applied over an anti-corrosion primer and comes in 20 kg packs.
Under a roof. In dry indoor areas you can use the white thin-film coating TERM-007 — there it works without a top coat.

Questions about materials for Karshi
Can TERM-007 be used outdoors?
Yes, but only under a protective enamel — just as in damp rooms. On galvanised steel, TERM-007 is applied over an adhesion primer. For open-air sites the usual choice is TERM-009, which is weather-resistant.
What should a diesel fuel tank be coated with?
Inside, Stacor Tankguard; outside, a Stacor system for atmospheric conditions with a Topcoat finish. Send us a description of the tank and we will propose a coating scheme.
