Fire protection, floors and anti-corrosion in Urgench

Urgench and Khorezm Region are home to agricultural processing and light industry, while neighbouring Khiva brings in tourists. What STATERM does for projects in Khorezm

Epoxy floors. Agricultural processing workshops, warehouses, sales areas: the Stafloor coating does not let liquids through and is physiologically safe once cured. Learn more

Fire protection treatment of frames. For hotels and retail buildings, we use TERM fire protection, which increases the fire-resistance limit of steel structures up to 120 minutes. We calculate the thickness for the limit specified in the design and check the coat after application. Learn more

How we work on site

For a floor, we need the area, the purpose of the room and the condition of the substrate; for fire protection, the steelwork specification and the required fire-resistance limit. We calculate the materials and agree the schedule, then prepare the substrate or the steel, apply the coating and check its thickness. On completion, we hand over the documents for project acceptance.

Hotel experience: Hilton in Tashkent

STATERM carried out fire protection of the steel structures of a high-rise building for the Hilton hotel in Tashkent; the coating thickness was checked with magnetic thickness gauges. We work the same way with hotels and retail buildings in Urgench.

How much does an epoxy floor cost for an agricultural produce warehouse?

The price depends on the area, the condition of the substrate and the chosen thickness, from a roller-applied coat of about 0.5 mm to a 1.5–5 mm mortar. Tell us the area and purpose of the warehouse, and we will work out the cost.

What do you use to protect outdoor metalwork?

Stacor UR primer-enamel: a one-component urethane-alkyd product that serves as both primer and topcoat. It dries quickly and is designed for C1–C4 atmospheres.
