Fire protection, floors and anti-corrosion in Bekabad

Where we start at a production site

First, we collect the input data: the steelwork specification, the required fire-resistance limits, the conditions in the workshop — dust, chemicals, humidity — and the floor load. Based on this, we select the coating systems and calculate the materials. Then we prepare the surface, apply the coatings, check the thickness and hand over the documents for acceptance.

Experience: the main building frame of a thermal power plant

At the Navoi Thermal Power Plant, STATERM carried out the fire protection of the main building frame. In essence, this is the same task as in Bekabad’s workshops: protecting the load-bearing steel frame of an industrial building.

What if blast cleaning is not possible in the workshop?

For such areas, there is Stacor EP Rapid, an epoxy primer with zinc phosphate: it is suitable for surfaces prepared by hand to St3 and cures quickly.

How can I get a cost estimate for the work?

Send us the steelwork specification, the floor area and a description of the conditions in the workshop. The price depends on the area, the chosen systems and the difficulty of access — we will use this data to calculate the materials and labour.
