Fire protection, floors and anti-corrosion in Termez

Termez and Surkhandarya Region live off cross-border trade and logistics, so the typical project here is a warehouse. Summers are also very hot and sunny. In Termez and across the region, STATERM installs polymer floors, provides fire protection for steel frames and protects outdoor metal with UV-resistant enamel — using its own materials and working on site.

What we do in Termez warehouses

Polymer floors. Stafloor epoxy floors for warehouse premises — from a thin roller-applied coat to a mortar for forklift traffic. Read more: epoxy floors, industrial polymer floors.

Fire protection of frames. We calculate the TERM thickness for the required fire-resistance limit, apply the coating and measure the layer; for outdoor structures we use the weather-resistant grade. How we carry out fire protection

Metal in the sun. Canopies, gates, fences: cleaning, an anti-corrosion primer and UV-resistant Stacor Topcoat enamel. How we protect metal from corrosion

How an order begins

For a floor we need the area, the load and the condition of the substrate; for fire protection, the steelwork specification and the required fire-resistance limit. From this data we calculate the materials and agree the schedule. On site we prepare the substrate or the metal, apply the coating and check the thickness, and at the end we hand over the documents for acceptance.

What we have done on similar projects in Tashkent

Tashkent International Airport. Modernisation of buildings and terminals.

Airport fuel farm. Aviation fuel tanks: blast cleaning of the internal surface and an epoxy coating.

Answers to questions from Surkhandarya Region

Can I order both the floor and the fire protection for one warehouse?

Yes. Stafloor floors and TERM fire protection are our materials and our work, so the whole warehouse is handled by a single contractor. We agree the sequence of works to suit the site.

What does the price of a warehouse floor depend on?

On the area, the chosen thickness, the condition of the substrate and the load. Send us the warehouse plan and we will work out the cost.
