Fire protection, floors and anti-corrosion in Nurafshon

For new buildings in Nurafshon and the industrial zones of Tashkent Region, STATERM carries out two main types of work: fire protection of steel frames and installation of polymer floors in warehouses. We use our own materials — TERM, Stafloor and Stacor — and carry out the work on the client’s site.

What we do on new projects

Frame fire protection. We select the TERM thickness for the required fire-resistance limit, apply the coating over primed steel and check the layer with a thickness gauge. More about fire protection

Warehouse floors. Epoxy coatings, from a thin layer to a mortar for forklift traffic. About industrial floors

External steelwork. We protect gates, canopies and fencing with Stacor coatings, including the quick-drying Stacor UR primer-enamel. About anti-corrosion protection

How we fit into the construction process

It is best to bring us in at the design stage: using the steelwork specification and the warehouse layout, we calculate the materials and align the schedule with the other works on site. We apply fire protection over the primed frame and lay the floor on a prepared substrate. At the end, we provide the thickness readings and the documents for project handover.

Can fire protection and floors be ordered from one contractor?

Yes. We carry out both jobs ourselves with our own materials — TERM for the frame and Stafloor for the floor — so the project schedule is agreed with a single contractor and the materials come from one warehouse.
