Fire protection, floors and anti-corrosion in Jizzakh

In the new industrial zones of Jizzakh Region, workshops are being built from scratch, and STATERM carries out two types of work for them with its own materials: floor installation, both epoxy and anti-static, and fire protection of the frames. We travel to sites in Jizzakh and across the region.

At what stage of construction to bring us in

Fire protection of steel is easier to carry out while the frame is open and accessible. The floor, by contrast, is laid once the main construction work in the workshop is finished and nothing can damage the coating. That is why it is best to agree the schedule with the general contractor in advance.

Floors for production facilities

Epoxy and anti-static. We design the Stafloor epoxy floor for the load, from foot traffic to forklift routes, and install an anti-static coating wherever the process requires it. More details: Epoxy Floors and Industrial Polymer Floors.

Fire protection of frames

From calculation to measurement. Using the steelwork specification, we calculate the TERM thickness for the required fire-resistance limit, prepare the steel by sandblasting if necessary, apply the coating and check its thickness. TERM fire protection increases the fire-resistance limit of steel structures up to 120 minutes. More details in the Fire Protection Treatment section.
