Fire protection, floors and anti-corrosion in Zarafshan

Zarafshan and the rest of the Navoi Region are home to mining and processing plants where metal is worn by abrasion and attacked by an aggressive environment at the same time. Work for mining and processing plants

Abrasion protection. We coat components worn by abrasives, zones of alternate wetting and buried structures with Stacor Mastic abraziv — after abrasive blast cleaning.

Anti-corrosion in aggressive environments. We protect steel with zinc-rich EP Zinc and chemical-resistant EP HS, which withstands vibration and impact; we also apply EP HS to concrete. Read more

How we organise work at a plant

We start with a survey: where the metal is abraded, where it is exposed to chemicals and which frames need fire protection. We select the system, calculate the materials and agree the schedule with production. Then come cleaning, application, coating thickness control and the documents for handing over the work.
