Fire-protection, anti-corrosion materials and floors in Jizzakh
New industrial zones and production facilities are emerging in Jizzakh Region, and with them come new workshops and steel-framed buildings. For such projects, STATERM supplies TERM fire protection and Stafloor epoxy floors to Jizzakh; both materials can conveniently be included in the design before construction even begins.
Where STATERM has already handled similar tasks
The closest projects of this type are in Tashkent. At Porsche Centre Tashkent, STATERM applied fire protection to the steel frame of the dealership; the company’s project list also includes New Uzbekistan University.
Fire protection for the frames of new buildings
Indoors. TERM-007 is a white thin-film intumescent coating. In a dry workshop it works without a topcoat; in a humid one it is covered with a protective enamel.
Outdoors. TERM-009 is a grey weather-resistant coating designed primarily for outdoor use; it can also be used indoors if required.
What they have in common. Both coatings are applied over an anti-corrosion primer and supplied in 20 kg packs, and each increases the fire-resistance limit of steel structures up to 120 minutes.
Metalwork with no fire-resistance requirement. For this, there is Stacor EP epoxy primer, designed for atmospheres up to C5-M according to ISO 12944.
Floors for new workshops
Stafloor epoxy system. Stafloor EP Primer as the primer and Stafloor EP Finish as the finish coat give workshops and warehouses a chemical-resistant floor that is impermeable to liquids. Options: about 0.5 mm applied by roller, 0.5–1.5 mm as a self-levelling compound, 1.5–5 mm as a mortar.

When should fire protection be ordered for a building under construction?
Once the steelwork specification is ready and the required fire-resistance limit is known: we will use these to calculate how much TERM is needed. It is best to plan the anti-corrosion primer for the fire protection as early as the steel procurement stage.
What if the workshop needs an anti-static floor?
Whether it is needed is determined by the production process. If it is, we will select a system as part of our Industrial Polymer Floors service; Stafloor epoxy will suit the other areas.
