Fire-protection, anti-corrosion materials and floors in Bekabad
Bekabad is an industrial city in Tashkent Region with metallurgical production and building materials plants. In the workshops of such plants, steel suffers from abrasion, chemicals, vibration and impact, and floors from forklift traffic. For these conditions, STATERM selects its own Stacor coatings, TERM fire protection and Stafloor floors.

The closest example of this type is the Navoi Thermal Power Plant, where STATERM carried out the fire protection of the main building frame. The load-bearing frame of a metallurgical workshop or a building materials plant is a task of the same class: a lot of steel that has to be protected against both fire and the operating environment.
Coatings for workshop conditions
Against abrasion. Stacor Mastic abraziv is an abrasion-resistant coating. It is designed both for zones of alternate wetting and immersion and for structures in soil (category Im3).
Against chemicals, vibration and impact. Stacor EP HS is a chemical- and wear-resistant coating for steel and concrete that withstands vibration and impact.
Against fire. TERM-007 and TERM-009 raise the fire-resistance limit of steel structures up to 120 minutes, and both are applied over an anti-corrosion primer. In a humid workshop, the choice is the weather-resistant TERM-009 (it is also used indoors) or TERM-007 under a protective enamel.
Floors. Stafloor EP Primer as the primer and Stafloor EP Finish as the top layer produce a chemical-resistant epoxy floor that is impermeable to liquids; on vehicle traffic lanes, it is laid as a mortar.

What floor is needed for forklifts on solid tyres?
A Stafloor epoxy mortar 3–5 mm thick. We will specify the exact thickness once we know the condition of the concrete and the load on the floor.
