Fire protection, floors and anti-corrosion in Namangan
STATERM offers dust-free epoxy floors to textile and light-industry enterprises in Namangan Region, and fire protection of metal structures to owners of retail and office buildings. We work in Namangan and across the region with our own Stafloor and TERM materials, and our crew comes out to the site.
Epoxy floors for workshops
To stop the concrete dusting. We coat the floor with Stafloor primer and finish coat; the thickness is chosen to suit the load — from a thin roller-applied coat to a mortar for forklift traffic. Read more on the Epoxy floors page; other coatings are covered in the Industrial polymer floors section.
How we lay the floor
First we inspect the concrete and find out what foot and vehicle traffic it carries. Then we prepare the substrate, apply the primer and the finish coat, and finally check the coating and hand over the area.
Fire protection for shopping centres and offices
A frame that meets the design requirements. We calculate the thickness from the steelwork specification and the required fire-resistance limit, apply TERM-007 over an anti-corrosion primer and check the layer on site: the coating raises the fire-resistance limit of steel structures up to 120 minutes. Read more in the Fire protection treatment section.
An example from Tashkent
In terms of requirements, Namangan’s retail and office buildings are close to the TRILLIANT multifunctional business centre, one of STATERM’s projects in Tashkent.
What people ask in Namangan
How much does a dust-free workshop floor cost?
The cost is made up of the area, the condition of the concrete and the coating thickness. Send us the workshop dimensions and a photo of the floor, and we will calculate it.
Won’t fire protection spoil the look of a sales floor?
No: TERM-007 goes on as a thin white layer. To match the interior, it can be overpainted with an odourless acrylic paint, tinted to RAL or Pantone.
