Fire-protection, anti-corrosion materials and floors in Tashkent
Tashkent is home to business and shopping centres, hotels, high-rise buildings, the airport and warehouse complexes. In lobbies, atriums and showrooms, the steel frame is often left exposed, so fire protection here must not only work but also look neat. For projects in the capital, STATERM supplies its own materials: TERM fire protection, Stacor coatings and Stafloor epoxy floors.
Fire protection for exposed frames
Frames in interiors. TERM-007 is a white thin-film intumescent coating that raises the fire-resistance limit of steel structures up to 120 minutes. In dry rooms, it needs no topcoat. It is applied over an anti-corrosion primer, or over an adhesion primer on galvanised steel.
Colour to match the design. If white columns and trusses do not suit the interior, Stacor Aqua Acryl is applied over the fire protection. It is an odourless acrylic paint for interiors and areas under canopies, tinted to RAL and Pantone colours.
Tanks, warehouses and showrooms
Fuel tanks. The inner surface of tanks for crude oil, petroleum products and diesel fuel is protected with Stacor Tankguard.
Warehouse and showroom floors. The Stafloor EP Primer and Stafloor EP Finish epoxy system is selected to suit the load: a 0.5–1.5 mm self-levelling layer in a showroom or exhibition hall, and a 1.5–5 mm mortar in a warehouse. The finished coating is chemical-resistant and impermeable to liquids.

In humid rooms and outdoors, TERM-007 is covered with a protective enamel. For structures in the open air, there is TERM-009, a grey weather-resistant coating that is also used indoors.
