TERM-007
-
Intumescent fireproof coating for steel structures.
It is a thin-layer fire-protective coating system for steel load-bearing structures that foams under heat during a fire. The fire-resistant low-conductivity foam formed by heat exposure reduces the rate of temperature rise of the load-bearing steel structure. The coating has high stability of properties and a long service life.
-
– the material is applied up to 2000 µm thick in one pass, reducing labour and time
– low material consumption
– does not create additional static load on structures
– the material is certified in the Republic of Uzbekistan to raise the fire-resistance limit of steel structures up to 120 minutes.
– easy application with airless spray equipment, brush or roller.
– made in Uzbekistan
-
Used to increase the fire-resistance limit of steel load-bearing structures such as columns, trusses, bracings, struts and other structural load elements.
Can be used for steel structures operating both indoors and outdoors under atmospheric exposure, high humidity and rural, urban and industrial atmospheric conditions.
The TERM-007 fire-protective topcoat is applied to a surface previously coated with an anti-corrosion primer.
Depending on the operating conditions, a topcoat of protective enamel must be applied to protect the fire-protective material from atmospheric exposure
