Fireproof paints in Tashkent and across Uzbekistan — supply and application of intumescent coatings that protect steel structures from fire. STATERM provides fire-resistance of load-bearing steel structures up to 120 minutes in compliance with ShNK 2.01.02-04 and SNiP 21-01-97.

Fireproof paint is the most technological way to protect steel: a thin layer does not add weight, preserves the geometry and allows year-round application, including in workshop conditions. We work with projects in Tashkent, Samarkand, Bukhara, Navoi and other regions of Uzbekistan.

Fireproof paints we supply

  • TERM-007 — fireproof composition for steel structures with higher requirements.
  • TERM-009 — fireproof paint for demanding and exterior conditions.

Where fireproof paints are used

Load-bearing elements of buildings need fire protection: columns, beams, trusses and bracing. Learn more on the Fire protection of structures page.

Fire-resistance limits and standards

The required fire-resistance limit (R15–R120) is determined by the fire-resistance degree of the building and the role of the structure according to ShNK 2.01.02-04 and SNiP 21-01-97. The coating thickness is calculated from the section factor of the steel and confirmed by certificates.

Why STATERM

  • Supply of certified fireproof paints across Uzbekistan.
  • Turnkey application: preparation, priming, fire protection, topcoat.
  • Calculation of consumption and thickness for the required limit.
  • Quality control and as-built documentation.

Frequently asked questions

What are fireproof paints and how do they work?

Fireproof paints are thin-film intumescent coatings. When heated during a fire, the coating foams and forms a heat-insulating char layer that slows down heating of the steel and raises the fire-resistance limit of the structure up to 120 minutes without adding weight or changing its geometry.

How much do fireproof paints cost in Tashkent?

The price depends on the required fire-resistance limit, the section factor of the steel, the area and application conditions, so it is calculated individually per project. Send us the drawings or a steel schedule and we will prepare a quote. Phone: +998 90 918 81 88.

Do you only supply the paint or also apply it?

STATERM both supplies fireproofing materials across Uzbekistan and performs turnkey fire-protection of steel structures: surface preparation, application, thickness control and as-built documentation.

Which standards does the fire protection comply with?

The works are carried out according to ShNK 2.01.02-04 and SNiP 21-01-97. The fireproof paints used are certified and their fire-resistance limits are confirmed by test reports.

Which structures are fireproof paints applied to?

To load-bearing steel structures: columns, beams, trusses and bracing. Separate systems are selected for reinforced concrete and other surfaces.
