This policy explains what data the staterm.uz website collects, why, and what you can do about it. We describe only what the site actually does.

Who processes the data

What data we receive

From the contact form. The “Request a call” form asks for two fields: your name and your phone number. There is nothing else in it.

From your email. If you write to info@staterm.uz, we receive the sender address and whatever you choose to tell us.

Anonymous visit statistics. Google Analytics is installed on the site. It tells us which pages were opened, from what device, from roughly which city, and which link brought the visitor. This statistic contains no names or phone numbers.

Why we need it

Name and phone — to call you back and answer your enquiry. Statistics — to understand which pages are useful to visitors and to judge the return on advertising. We do not use this data for anything else.

Who it may be shared with

Google, as the provider of the analytics and advertising services, in anonymous form. The company that hosts the site, to the extent of the server’s technical logs. State authorities, where the law requires it.

We do not sell contacts, do not add them to mailing lists and do not share them with other companies for advertising purposes.

Cookies

The site uses two kinds of cookies: technical ones, so that pages open faster and the chosen language is remembered, and analytical ones set by Google Analytics. Cookies can be disabled in your browser settings; the site will keep working, though some conveniences will be lost.

How long we keep data

Form enquiries and correspondence — while the discussion is going on and for a reasonable period afterwards, so that we can return to your question. Statistics — for the periods set by Google Analytics.

Your rights

You may ask us what data of yours we hold, ask us to correct it or to delete it. Write to info@staterm.uz from the address you used, or quote the phone number you left with us, and we will reply within a reasonable time.

Where the data is stored

The website and its database are hosted on a server in Uzbekistan.

Children

The site is addressed to professionals and to clients commissioning work; it is not intended for children. We do not knowingly collect children’s data.

Changes
