STACOR EP HS is used mainly as an anti-corrosion coating for steel and concrete structures; in combination with two-component intermediate and topcoat layers, it forms multi-layer coating systems with high resistance to mechanical, chemical and atmospheric effects up to category CX (with a long service life) per ISO 12944-5.

Thinner	Stacor thinner or equivalent as agreed with the supplier
Dilution	generally not required, up to 7 % by weight is permissible

Next coat	after 24 hours at +10 °C, 6 hours at +20 °C, 50 minutes at +60 °C
Application temperature	from 0 °C to +50 °C; down to −10 °C with winter hardener, drying time increases
Relative humidity	30…80 % during application
Dew point	substrate temperature at least 3 °C above the dew point
Shelf life	12 months from the date of manufacture in tightly sealed packaging at −40…+40 °C
